You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use FairSquare for any unlawful purpose. Accounts found in violation may be suspended.
FairSquare is a tracking and calculation tool. It does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information displayed in the app. We are not liable for inaccuracies arising from data you enter.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
