During our private beta, we collect your email address when you join the waitlist. When you use FairSquare, we collect information you provide — such as property details, transaction records, and ownership splits — to power the product.
We use your email to contact you about your waitlist position and product updates. We use your property and transaction data solely to calculate and display your investment returns. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use PostHog to understand how visitors interact with our site. This may involve cookies. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase. We are based in Vancouver, Canada and your data is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
